Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst
Reporting to the Director FP&A and Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of our Corporate Finance team. This role will assist with the consolidation of financial statements and provide support to our Senior leadership and Operations teams. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the US and OUS finance teams to reconcile financial activities and reporting. This role is remote with occasional travel to MA sites.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations organization to support and maintain budget and forecast planning guidance, to include training sites on requirements to align with management reporting needs
- Weekly and Monthly Sales and EBITDA tracking
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Operations leadership reviews
- Responsible for tracking monthly NPI (new product initiatives) forecast and actuals recognized at sites
- Manage consolidated headcount and inventory reporting
- Support supply chain with monthly metrics, includes inventory turns and DOH
- Analyze intercompany pricing annually to assist with year-end reporting and provide site guidance for budget planning
- Assist in supporting the organization with administration support of Prophix (Viant’s financial consolidations tool)
- Implement process enhancements to drive continuous improvement
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
- Previous experience utilizing multiple ERP systems, preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Capacity to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
