ROI Projections: Develop and maintain comprehensive ROI models demonstrating the business value of platform adoption across projects
Platform Reliability: Drive production reliability and serve as first line of defense by leading issue triage, coordinating resolution with engineering teams, communicating with affected clients, and incorporating reliability learnings into platform roadmap
About You:
7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful technical products
User obsessed - willing to spend as much time as needed with your users to fully understand what is working well, what isn't, and to collect the best feedback (both qualitative and quantitative)

Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements
Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products or APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
