The Opportunity
Join the team transforming how we support our Enterprise and Large Market clients. As a Client Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Client Success mission by providing dedicated support for retention and expansion. You will partner with Client Success Leads, Product, and Growth Marketing to understand unique client needs and align them with our solutions, ultimately helping members move beyond pain.
What You'll Accomplish
Drive Account Retention: You will manage retention plans for assigned clients, identifying risks and executing strategies to secure renewals.
Fuel Account Expansion: You will identify and pursue new opportunities within existing clients, assisting in building business cases to demonstrate value and need.
Build Strategic Relationships: You will partner with Client Success Leads to cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and decision-makers.
Deliver Consultative Solutions: You will analyze client goals and pain points to deliver tailored recommendations, positioning Hinge Health as an essential partner.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work independently to align resources across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to achieve client goals.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in Digital Health, Benefits, or Healthcare SaaS
Experience with musculoskeletal (MSK) or digital health solutions.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving retention or expansion outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise clients in a high-growth environment.
Proficiency with Gainsight and account planning tools.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
