Role Description

As a Mobilization Coach, you’ll contribute to the mission of Frontiers by clearly communicating the purpose of Frontiers to individuals, churches and organizations. If you have a heart for missions, a passion for inspiring others, and proven mobilization experience, this is your opportunity to make an eternal impact.

• Catalyze individuals and churches to play a part in the mission.
• Mentor and develop potential candidates toward a Long-Term Application and long-term field effectiveness.
• Generate new contacts and seek out apostolically gifted and called individuals.
• Serve local churches with resources, materials and time.
• Mentor and provide appropriate coaching to potential candidates using available programs and training resources.
• Model Muslim ministry in a local context.
• Raise 100% support to cover financial budget (i.e. salary, benefits, retirement, personal ministry related expenses).

Qualifications

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
• High school diploma or GED
• Passion to see God glorified in the Muslim world.
• Spiritual gifts in mobilizing, encouragement, and inspiring others
• Ability to raise and maintain personal support
