• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical datasets and semantic models within Microsoft Fabric • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and ad hoc analysis across large healthcare datasets • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights • Partner with clinical, operational, finance, and executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics assets • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Contribute to data governance, metric standardization, and documentation efforts • Promote analytics best practices across the organization • Support executive-level analytics and presentations, including materials for senior leadership and board audiences
