Role Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through real-time chat. This is a remote position that requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while providing accurate and friendly support.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic computer knowledge (browser use, email, chat systems)
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
- Part-Time: 15–30 hours per week
- Flexible shifts may be available, including evenings or weekends
