Role Description
This role involves significantly impacting how financial data drives decision-making within our partner organization. You will bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic finance tasks, modernizing the financial reporting process.
- Build & Automate Financial Reporting: Take ownership of the data pipelines required for monthly financial reporting.
- Develop Financial Data Models: Create and maintain clean, documented data models within our Snowflake environment.
- Executive & Investor Support: Partner with leadership to support ad-hoc analysis for Board decks and investor inquiries.
- Econometric Analysis: Execute advanced research projects analyzing annual transaction volume.
- Drive Data Adoption: Act as a subject matter expert for the Finance team, transitioning them from static spreadsheets to dynamic data tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role with a focus on Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations.
- Advanced SQL Proficiency: Ability to write complex queries and understand data lineage.
- Strong experience building executive-level dashboards in Tableau or similar tools.
- Solid grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, Retention) and financial statements.
- Experience with regression analysis, forecasting, or econometric modeling.
