Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking mission-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through structured virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build meaningful careers while making a positive impact.

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.

  • Connect with veterans and families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Explain available supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
  • Assist clients with policy updates, questions, and ongoing support
  • Participate in team development sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership workshops

Qualifications

  • Strong communicators who can build trust in virtual conversations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom and CRM systems
  • Background in customer service, consulting, or client support is helpful but not required
  • Individuals passionate about supporting the veteran community
