Role Description
We are seeking a Sr/Staff Software Engineer specializing in UX Design to lead the creation of AI-native, intelligent, and user-centered experiences across digital products and tools. In this role, you will define and own end-to-end user journeys, translating complex requirements into intuitive, trustworthy, and performant interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to iteratively design and ship solutions that scale across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep UX expertise, a technical understanding of front-end stacks, and the ability to create reusable design components that enhance adoption and drive meaningful impact.
- Independently own and deliver end-to-end UX design for key products and experiences, collaborating closely with front-end engineers and cross-functional teams
- Translate customer and user requirements into actionable design solutions that leverage AI capabilities for proactive and reliable experiences
- Iterate on designs with end-users to optimize metrics, usability, and adoption
- Champion reusable UX patterns and design system components to ensure consistency across products and experiences
- Apply technical knowledge of front-end platforms to design performant and responsive interfaces
- Actively collaborate using design tools (Figma, prototypes, mockups) and maintain alignment with engineering and product teams
- Bring best practices from UX and supply chain domains to inform design decisions for diverse user personas and operational contexts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in product and UX design, collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Proven experience delivering scalable, end-to-end UX solutions in complex digital environments
- Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies, design systems, responsive design, and AI-driven experiences
- Familiarity with design operations, user personas, UX metrics, and iterative user-centered design processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge design, product, and engineering perspectives
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation in multimodal, AI-native interfaces
