Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth strategy behind large-scale clinical programs that improve access to high-quality mental health care. As a Manager of Growth Strategy within Provider Operations, you will:

  • Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Design scalable strategies that ensure members receive timely and effective care
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions
  • Monitor and optimize provider network adequacy to ensure consistent geographic and clinical coverage aligned with member demand
  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track performance drivers and provide real-time insights into network scalability and effectiveness
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on network performance, identifying root causes behind performance fluctuations and recommending improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address network gaps and implement long-term strategic solutions
  • Present data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership to guide investments and organizational priorities
  • Align provider network capacity with business and commercial goals to support sustainable growth
  • Lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution, including stakeholder alignment, implementation, and performance evaluation

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or a related strategic role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is highly valued
  • Proven ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear strategic narratives
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities in cross-functional environments
  • Highly organized self-starter able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with network adequacy or network management is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce is advantageous
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health services and improving care delivery at scale

Requirements

  • Competitive salary range of $119,000 – $183,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses
