Role Description

This role is a leadership opportunity for a technical professional passionate about building and scaling high-performing teams of Solutions Architects. You will lead a group focused on delivering mission-critical solutions across complex customer environments, ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and operational excellence. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, enabling team members to grow while delivering measurable impact for clients. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and engage with clients to design and implement integrated solutions. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role with a mix of remote work and travel, providing a chance to shape team culture, architecture practices, and customer success at scale.

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 8–10 Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Ensure technical excellence in solution design, review IT system architectures, and provide guidance for mission-critical deployments.
• Allocate resources effectively, monitor project execution, and maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with clients and internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering) to implement and integrate complex solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement in solution delivery processes, architecture standards, and team operations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the Solutions Architect team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, systems integration, and IT project management.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in public safety, law enforcement, or related sectors preferred (e.g., RMS/CAD implementations).
• Must pass and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and collaborate across multiple functions.
