Role Description

Fathom Realty is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our clients in the real estate and mortgage industry, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with Fathom Realty. Your role will be critical in helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer service while contributing to our mission of delivering seamless real estate services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $4,000 - $5,000 monthly, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding our real estate and mortgage services
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of customer support materials and resources

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer support or related field
