Job Description
• Review and clear title, HOA, and loan document packages
• Validate legal descriptions and interpret title commitments
• Drive curative work and make go/no-go recommendations
• Record diligence data accurately
• Review loan documents and flag risks
• Support closing execution and partner with stakeholders
• Improve workflows and implement automation
Job Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work inside tech-enabled workflows
- Ownership mindset
- Mission-driven and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Title company, mortgage, or real estate legal exposure is a plus
- Paralegal certification or real estate documentation background is a plus
- Experience in prop-tech, fin-tech, legal ops, or real estate finance is a plus
