• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure and hybrid enterprise environments • Deploy, manage, and sustain Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity-integrated services • Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery activities for Azure-hosted and hybrid systems • Package, configure, and deploy applications and system components to standardized environments • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and application-level issues • Implement and maintain configuration management and change control processes • Support incident response and problem management activities • Collaborate with Information Assurance and cybersecurity personnel
