This opportunity is centered around helping individuals understand benefit programs designed to provide additional financial protection for working families. These programs are made available to members of large organizations, unions, and associations throughout North America and internationally.

For more than 60 years, the organization behind these programs has focused on delivering long-term and supplemental benefits that help individuals maintain coverage even after changing jobs or retiring. Today, the network serves tens of thousands of unions and associations, providing access to millions of members.

What the Role Involves

Individuals in this position work directly with members who request information about available benefit programs. Responsibilities typically include:

  • Speaking with clients by phone to provide information and answer questions

  • Contacting members who have requested appointments or additional details

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual presentations explaining available options

  • Assisting clients with applications and necessary documentation

  • Using computer systems to organize client records and follow-ups

  • Ensuring accuracy and quality when handling forms and information

  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and has strong communication abilities. Successful individuals in this role often demonstrate:

  • Clear and confident verbal communication

  • A positive, professional attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • The ability to work effectively with both individuals and teams

  • Customer service or sales experience (helpful but not required)

  • The ability to collaborate with team members and leadership

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
