Job Description

• Own the operational strategy behind the company’s go-to-market motion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Partner with executive leadership to develop revenue plans, territory models, and capacity planning frameworks. • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning processes. • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations organization covering Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops. • Establish scalable operational frameworks supporting enterprise and mid-market revenue teams. • Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and performance dashboards across the GTM organization. • Implement data-driven forecasting methodologies to improve revenue predictability. • Develop advanced analytics and reporting across pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and sales productivity. • Deliver executive-level insights to inform strategic decision making. • Own the architecture and optimization of the revenue technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, BI tools). • Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and GTM productivity. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership to align revenue operations with company growth goals. • Drive operational excellence across the entire revenue lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • 5+ years leading Revenue Operations or GTM strategy teams
  • Experience scaling revenue organizations in cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Strong expertise in pipeline analytics, forecasting models, and revenue performance metrics
  • Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and revenue technology stacks
  • Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational execution
  • Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
