Role Description
This role focuses on maintaining and improving privacy training safeguards, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness across complex organisational environments.
- Support the privacy training safeguard owner in maintaining and advising on organisational privacy training programs
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of privacy training controls and compliance safeguards
- Prepare detailed assessor reports documenting compliance activities and safeguard performance
- Collect, organise, and manage documentation required for privacy audits and regulatory reviews
- Maintain evidence repositories and ensure audit documentation remains accurate and accessible
- Track safeguard status, risk assessments, and compliance milestones across programs
- Collaborate with privacy, legal, policy, learning, engineering, and product teams to address compliance requirements
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements across training and governance programs
- Communicate compliance updates and regulatory expectations to internal stakeholders and external auditors when required
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting compliance, regulatory, or training program management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and compliance programs end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing compliance reports and documentation
- Experience working with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or related data protection frameworks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing regulatory documentation
Requirements
- Background in privacy, data protection, compliance, or risk management
- Experience supporting global training or learning programs
- Familiarity with learning technologies and training program management tools
- Strong change management experience in global or cross-functional environments
- Experience collaborating with legal, policy, product, and engineering teams
- Understanding of regulatory training safeguards and compliance frameworks
