You will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, supporting revenue reporting, and improving processes that directly impact financial performance.
- Ensure accurate billing setup by reviewing customer contracts and managing subscription changes, upgrades, downgrades, and renewals.
- Process monthly billing and apply customer payments while maintaining completeness and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries and support collections efforts by monitoring aging reports and following up with customers.
- Assist with revenue-related reporting, analysis, and audit requests, maintaining thorough documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally on process improvements in quote-to-cash and billing workflows.
- Support ad-hoc accounting and finance initiatives as needed, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of financial operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of billing experience, with SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with subscription billing models and recurring revenue processes.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, with high attention to detail and organizational ability.
