Role Description
This position will support our Platform Management group. The position oversees a team of resources through everyday work processes and responsibilities, projects, typically from initiation through delivery.
- Manages people, projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.
- Development of SLAs and KPIs for team.
- Conducts periodic reviews to ensure team's work is on track and conducts ongoing audits.
- Ensures all process documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Utilizes relevant tools, systems, and applications.
- Defines supporting and/or drives process improvements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience or combination of work experience and education.
- Undergraduate degree highly desired.
- Must know the Office 365 applications.
- Problem solving ability is a must as well as being able to work independently.
