Job Description
Role Description
The University is accepting applications for part-time Online Course Facilitators within the Bachelor of Science in Construction Management online courses on an ongoing and as-needed basis. Online classes will include statics and structural analysis. Facilitators should have an engineering background.
- Support the delivery of high enrolled online courses at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU)
- Foster regular and substantive interaction with assigned students
- Provide timely, comprehensive, and meaningful assessment of course assignments as directed by the Instructor of Record (IOR)
- Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the IOR
- Utilized on an “as-needed” course-by-course basis (typically during a seven-week online course)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Eighteen graduate hours in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
