- Independent Drafting & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation of commercial contracts including service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
- Bespoke Contract Creation: Create ad-hoc agreements and custom language for unique partnerships.
- Strategic Advisory: Identify legal and business risks, providing clear advice to sales and operational teams.
- Process Innovation: Use AI to enhance the contracting process and support operational improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal experts to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited institution and valid state bar membership.
- 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex technology and healthcare contracts.
- Ability to draft and redline commercial documents with precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
