• Present ceded reinsurance claims accurately and in a timely manner • Respond to reinsurer and broker queries as required • Analyze daily and monthly claims movements for XOL recovery • Maintain the internal reinsurance system to ensure accurate contract positions and manage erosion of available cover • Input ceded reserves and settlement requests into ReSys and set up ceded policies with appropriate documentation • Perform credit control activities, including cash collection and monitoring of aged debt • Assist with due diligence reviews and onboarding of newly acquired books of business • Support negotiations with counterparties to achieve the best outcomes for Compre-managed companies • Assist with data cleansing initiatives and ad hoc project work • Liaise with internal teams and manage workloads effectively, prioritizing competing demands
