Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Contract Management Support Specialist to provide specialized administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers (COs) and other contract management personnel.
- Provide administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers and contract management personnel.
- Prepare, route, and distribute contract-related correspondence.
- Maintain contract modification records.
- Prepare reports and documentation for managers and leadership.
- Assist with annual financial assistance awards.
- Provide support related to IDMS systems and processes.
- Maintain organized contract documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16).
- Excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience.
- Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.
