Role Description

This position is pivotal in executing analytical strategies that enhance the vehicle merchandising and marketing experience. Your expertise will enable you to leverage data to collaborate effectively across various business functions, delivering actionable insights that drive innovation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to provide actionable insights on consumer behavior, advertising channel mix, and digital transactions/sales through data analytics.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and define key reporting and analysis metrics to inform the business's KPI framework.
  • Create standard and evolving reporting, analysis, and forecasting capabilities to support client optimization strategies.
  • Mine data from a variety of sources to surface strategies that improve ROI and program performance.
  • Develop and implement data validation frameworks to ensure analytical accuracy.
  • Apply statistical techniques to validate findings and ensure data integrity.
  • Leverage BI tools with AI capabilities to assist in generating reports and dashboards.
  • Present findings directly to stakeholders through cohesive narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve the analytics suite.
  • Champion a healthy team culture and mentor team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of web, marketing, and/or commerce analytics experience.
  • Experience working and leading groups within an agile environment.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Experience with diverse data architectures including relational databases and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages like R or Python for data validation.
  • Ability to assess data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Experience with statistical validation techniques.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
