Role Description

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Assisting with tracking project status, schedules, and deliverables
  • Organizing meetings and coordinating meeting logistics
  • Managing project documentation and records
  • Facilitating communication among project team members
  • Supporting administrative and coordination tasks related to project activities

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Associate's Degree + 2 years relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support for projects
  • Equivalency: High School Diploma + 4 years relevant experience
