Role Description

Are you a driven BDR who knows how to open doors, spark conversations, and build real pipeline? Do you understand how to sell value — not just services — into US and UK markets?

This is not just outreach. This is strategic positioning.

You will represent our remote workforce solutions — virtual assistants, remote employees, and long-term staffing support — while being a live example of the professionalism and capability of South African talent.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strategic B2B outreach to companies in the US and UK
  • Identifying companies hiring remote employees or offshore talent
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
  • Running structured email marketing sequences
  • Conducting discovery-style qualification calls
  • Building targeted prospect lists
  • Working closely with internal recruitment and operations teams
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
  • Consistently hitting activity and booking KPIs

This role combines volume + strategy. You must know how to move fast while staying intentional.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of BDR experience (required)
  • Experience selling B2B services
  • Experience with cold calling and high-volume outbound
  • Experience booking meetings consistently
  • Comfortable selling into US and/or UK markets
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Confident, polished communicator
  • C1 English proficiency (required)
  • Full-time availability - EST (required)
  • Long-term mindset
  • Industry or staffing experience preferred

Technical Requirements

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
