Role Description
INFUSE is looking for a highly organized and driven individual to join our amazing Team as an In-House Counsel.
- Responsible for select legal matters
- Work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams

Provide legal support in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including:
- Litigation
- Contract
- International business
- Employment
- Privacy
- Compliance
- Assist with corporate development to further the company's growth
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney
- Licensed in good standing in Florida
- Experience as a litigator in Florida
- Ability to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed
- Detail-oriented and experienced in commercial contract review
- Prior in-house experience is an advantage
Requirements
- Ability to balance taking initiative and managing workload
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a multinational team
