Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in claims coordination, dispatch, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in using claims management systems such as Aango and dispatch technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and technicians.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
