• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and coaching • Own frontend architecture decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability • Design and build complex user interfaces using Angular and/or React • Work with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks and tooling • Build and integrate frontend applications with APIs and event-driven backend services • Develop applications using Next.js and NestJS where applicable • Establish best practices for component architecture, state management, performance, and security • Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and improve code quality • Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into clean technical solutions • Stay hands-on with development while balancing leadership responsibilities • Identify technical debt and drive refactoring and improvements
