• Serve as a liaison between internal and external clients. • Oversee and manage the loan process from start to finish. • Communicate with borrowers to assist in understanding loan programs, costs, and documents. • Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation. • Manage a pipeline of various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA. • Ensure the loan structure presents the best program based on borrower’s circumstances. • Review files for missing documentation and pre-underwrite items to support loan approval. • Present and set up loans to best fit borrower’s needs.
