Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience demonstrating hands‑on experience owning or delivering ServiceNow BCM capabilities, including BIA, BCM lifecycle, Crisis & Response.
- Proven success as the empowered Product Owner for a mission‑critical enterprise platform, balancing regulatory, operational, and technical priorities.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, IT, Security, Facilities, and Business Units.
- Deep knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.
- Experience aligning BCM solutions with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, SOC, or equivalent).
- Advanced experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
