Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching destinations, organizing travel plans, and coordinating trip details. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, managing information, and creating well-organized travel experiences.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and general goals for their trips. You will assist with researching destinations, reviewing available travel options, and helping coordinate reservations such as accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages. You will also ensure that travel details are accurate, organized, and properly documented while providing timely updates throughout the planning process.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests will help ensure clients receive a smooth and well-coordinated planning experience.
