Position Summary
This is a fully remote position open to any US state.
CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join our Medicaid Finance Central Reporting team. This role will function as an analyst for the Aetna Medicaid markets and will help the respective achieve its financial and strategic goals. The Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of structured reports and ad-hoc analyses that support financial operations and strategic decision making for all Aetna Medicaid markets.
Responsibilities
Collects, organizes, and analyzes healthcare data from various sources such as revenue and claims data.
Assists with the upkeep and general maintenance of databases.
Translates complex data into information and assists users in its interpretation to support decision making.
Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems, processes, and applications to facilitate the efficient production of financial reports.
Generates reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track, monitor, and evaluate financial results and operational efficiencies.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement by leveraging data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tableau preferred
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
