Role Description

As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will support quality assurance efforts across a Salesforce-based enterprise ecosystem, including CRM, portal (Experience Cloud), and integrated systems. You will design and execute manual and automated test cases, validate data accuracy, and ensure system functionality meets business and technical requirements. This role blends analytical skills with structured testing methodologies to ensure system quality, data integrity, and platform reliability.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications
  • Design and maintain test plans, test scripts, and regression test suites
  • Perform functional, integration, and data validation testing
  • Develop automated test scripts using appropriate automation tools
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, LWC components, and integrations
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
  • Validate reports, dashboards, and data accuracy across systems
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to ensure quality delivery
  • Document testing procedures and results in alignment with change management processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Must be currently residing in the United States
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to Washington, DC for in-person meetings
