In this role, you will assist individuals who have requested information about available benefits. The position focuses on providing clear guidance, answering questions, and helping people understand the options available to them through virtual communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with enrollment materials and confirm eligibility for available programs

  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Follow up with individuals requesting additional information about coverage options

  • Provide clear explanations of available plans using digital presentation tools

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client information

  • Continue developing knowledge of program updates, services, and procedures through ongoing training
