Job Description

Job Title: Director of Product Management (Buyer/CVP)

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of our TrustRadius portfolio. TrustRadius is a buyer intelligence platform that helps software buyers discover the right software to solve their use case, and helps software vendors maximize their brand awareness and preference leveraging voice of the customer content to drive demand. Your mission is to solidify TrustRadius as the premier buyer intelligence platform while driving massive growth in vendor adoption, retention, and lead-generation ROI. As a key member of the product leadership team, you will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers to deliver a seamless, high-value experience for both buyers and vendors.

The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working across a variety of different product offerings and surface areas, from creating APIs and integrations to ensuring a frictionless platform user experience. You will work closely with engineering and design to prioritize work across new and existing features used by software vendors and will collaborate with marketing and field leaders to bring them to market.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize the 3-year vision and multi-year roadmap for the TrustRadius marketplace, vendor tools, and intent data offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, customer empathy, and rapid experimentation.
  • Buyer Journey Optimization: Lead the evolution of the TrustRadius review site to ensure it remains the most trusted source for B2B buyer intelligence, optimizing for both user engagement and SEO/GEO visibility.
  • Vendor Ecosystem Growth: Drive the strategy for the Vendor Portal, transforming it into a mission-critical "command center" where vendors manage their brand, access intent data, and convert leads.
  • P&L Impact: Drive key business outcomes, including revenue growth from lead offerings, vendor portal ARR, and overall business metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts in AI-driven search, B2B buying behavior, and the competitive landscape of software review platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure growth and high retention.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 10-15 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years direct experience in the software review space (e.g., G2, Gartner).
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in SaaS, B2B marketplaces, intent data, or lead generation businesses. Experience optimizing content and site experience for maximum visibility in SEO and GEO is a strong plus. Experience working with demand agencies and/or products used by customer marketers, product marketers, and demand generation is a plus
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to turn complex market problems into clear, actionable product strategies that drive revenue.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep experience using data to validate hypotheses, measure product-market fit, and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort working with complex data structures, APIs, and integrations that power intent data and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
