• Provides expert clinical project management leadership for the Quality Management and Medical Staff Services.
• Utilize methods to identify and implement innovative strategies across institutional and functional boundaries.
• Effect significant and documented improvements in health care and service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
- 5 years - Experience in project management, healthcare administration or clinical field.
- 5 years - Acute care experience.
- 5 years - Progressive management experience.
- Experience incorporating process improvement methodologies into larger scale projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects with various time frames and requirements.
- Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management Principles.
- Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, employees and all levels of leadership across the Oregon Region.
