• Onboard and manage the day-to-day client accounting and finance needs • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance while meeting client deadlines • Provide comprehensive accounting services, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management • Prepare month-end close workbooks for multiple clients including balance sheet reconciliations culminating in the issuance of monthly financial statements • Track and report restricted funds to prepare a net asset roll forward • Assist with grant management and reporting • Manage audit preparation (including single audits): preparation of schedules, support during audit, coordination of all final schedules • Assist with 990 preparation and other local, state, and federal filings • Provide specialized reporting to support client decision-making • Organize and maintain client files including prior year audit and tax records • Work under the guidance of the controller, to assist with analysis, cash flow and budget preparation
