This role supports a high-priority AI data collection initiative focused on improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world software interfaces and complex multi-step workflows.
- Record screen sessions demonstrating real workflows in productivity software tools
- Provide clear verbal narration explaining each step during recorded workflows
- Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant interface elements
- Follow staging instructions to recreate specific software interface states prior to recording
- Use specialized capture tools to record workflows accurately and consistently
- Follow structured task guidelines to ensure high data quality and usability
- Ensure annotations and recordings accurately reflect real-world professional workflows
Qualifications

Strong familiarity with productivity and office software including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within defined timelines
- Experience documenting or demonstrating software workflows
Requirements
- Access to a physical Mac computer
- Ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required
- Strong English communication skills
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Prior experience with data collection, annotation, or QA workflows
