This role involves building the operational engine behind the go-to turnkey platform for investors, focusing on renovations, vendor performance, and operating cadence.
- Run the day-to-day engine of the business
- Shift the founder's focus from operations to growth
- Be measured by outcomes, not activity
Qualifications
- 3+ years leading teams (multi-department leadership preferred)
- Experience managing renovation/rehab/turn projects (vendors, budgets, timelines)
- Strong understanding of unit economics (vacancy loss, turn costs, maintenance cost controls)
- Comfortable with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, etc.)
- Strong project management + process documentation (SOP creation)
- US-based and able to work in a real-time cadence with vendors/field teams
- Open to relocating to Chattanooga within year 1 (not required upfront)
