- Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on creative, offers, and funnels, using experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Deep comfort working with performance data and metrics, paired with intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and improve.
- Experience managing meaningful media budgets while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-expectation environments where priorities evolve and learning speed matters as much as past results.
