Job Description

• The Business Process Analyst drives operational clarity, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. • Acting as the single point of process ownership, this role partners with multiple departments to document, standardize, and improve business processes. • Ensure stakeholders align on “one way of working.” • Oversee the revenue visibility process, monitoring and pushing for process compliance and updates. • Using tools like Power BI, the analyst measures performance, identifies gaps, and implements sustainable process improvements. • Facilitate stakeholder adoption of standardized processes; educate teams and leaders. • Develop SOPs, templates, and training materials to support consistent execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services environments such as engineering, accounting, consulting, or software organizations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting process improvement, audit, or compliance initiatives.
  • Experience using Power BI and working within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and cross functional collaboration.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma or Agile preferred
