Role Description

This role involves launching a career in sales as an Account Prospecting Representative. This is a remote, entry-level role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential, perfect for individuals who are coachable, goal-oriented, and ready to make an impact.

  • Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI’s call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the MCI executive team.
  • Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Craft compelling narratives around MCI’s services to engage and convert prospects.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles, especially in a contact center environment (preferred, not required)
  • Experience working in state or federal programs is a plus
