Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence development, data analytics, or reporting for enterprise systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, or equivalent enterprise BI development tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects)
- Proficiency in SQL with experience writing analytical queries against large-scale HR/HCM data models
- Experience designing interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities, parameterized filters, and dynamic visualizations
- Knowledge of HR/workforce analytics metrics including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, span of control, and workforce planning indicators
- Experience developing accessible reports and data visualizations compliant with Section 508 or WCAG standards
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe development methodologies and iterative report development processes
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)
