Job Description

• Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy. • Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods. Working closely with each CMO on production schedule. • Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records. • Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies. • Audit "master data" (e.g., part numbers, unit of measure, and storage location assignments) to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production. • Work cross functionally with planning, CMOs, quality and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
  • D365 F&O ERP: Basic understanding of how inventory modules function within a corporate business system
  • Advanced Excel: High proficiency with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data cleaning
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic database queries or Power BI for initial data visualization is preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail to catch minor data entry errors and a proactive approach to solving logistical puzzles
