Role Description

This role involves supporting veterans and their families as they explore supplemental benefit options.

• Connect with veterans and their families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Explain available programs in a clear, respectful, and supportive manner
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
• Maintain accurate records using secure digital systems
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls

• Clear, confident communicators comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
• Organized and self-motivated professionals who work well independently
• Individuals who enjoy helping others and building meaningful client relationships
• Veterans, military spouses, or those passionate about supporting the military community
• Tech-comfortable individuals who can navigate digital platforms and tools
