- Connect with veterans and their families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Explain available programs in a clear, respectful, and supportive manner
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
- Maintain accurate records using secure digital systems
- Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
Qualifications
- Clear, confident communicators comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
- Organized and self-motivated professionals who work well independently
- Individuals who enjoy helping others and building meaningful client relationships
- Veterans, military spouses, or those passionate about supporting the military community
- Tech-comfortable individuals who can navigate digital platforms and tools
