Job Description

• Provide strategic direction and prioritize initiatives to ensure learning and engagement programs advance organizational goals and volunteer impact • Lead and support Program Leads by setting clear expectations, fostering professional growth, and driving high-performing team outcomes • Oversee program operations and measure impact to ensure continued education offerings scale effectively across the full volunteer lifecycle • Bring deep expertise and a thoughtful perspective in community education, volunteer engagement, or learning program design to shape innovative and meaningful experiences • Guide the development of differentiated learning and engagement pathways that meet the needs of volunteers at varying stages of tenure, skill, and involvement

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning, community education, customer education, enablement, or engagement programs
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to coach, prioritize, and drive performance
  • Demonstrated success building and delivering learning or engagement programs end-to-end, including ongoing education, cohort-based learning, or events
  • Strong ability to translate feedback and organizational priorities into scalable programs
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building new functions or initiatives
  • Proven cross-functional partnership experience (e.g., Ops, Product, Clinical/SMEs, Marketing)
  • Clear point of view on community engagement and learner experience; comfortable making tradeoffs and decisions
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
