This role is responsible for shaping and executing a high-impact digital media strategy that drives growth, performance, and innovation across multiple channels.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns, optimize paid and owned media, and identify emerging platforms and opportunities to maximize reach and ROI.
- Partner closely with analytics, product, creative, and brand teams to design experimentation roadmaps and implement performance frameworks.
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Blend strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to influence the company’s growth trajectory.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing creativity with measurement, and continuously seek ways to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Develop and own cross-channel digital media strategies, including search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging platforms.
- Translate business objectives into actionable media plans with clear KPIs, audience targeting, and budget recommendations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across owned channels, CRM, marketing automation, paid digital, and programmatic platforms.
- Build and manage structured growth experiments to test new channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
- Identify and evaluate innovative media opportunities, emerging platforms, and technologies to unlock incremental growth.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys, aligned strategies, and optimized creative execution.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, technology partners, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or in-house digital strategy.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, optimize campaigns, and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with growth experimentation, testing frameworks, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex data into clear narratives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate effectively, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
