Role Description

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. You will identify, develop, and expand relationships with financial institutions, digital brands, and fintech partners while shaping solutions that align with partner needs. The position blends consultative sales, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you the chance to influence both business strategy and customer engagement. You will operate in a remote-first environment, with the autonomy to innovate and make a measurable impact on both partner satisfaction and organizational growth.

  • Develop and execute a partnership growth strategy that balances revenue objectives with client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders in the financial ecosystem.
  • Consult with prospective clients to identify needs and propose tailored solutions that leverage company offerings.
  • Research new markets, analyze customer requirements, and plan sales strategies to drive adoption of solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals that demonstrate product value and ROI.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade association meetings, and other networking events.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably within fintech or adjacent industries.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong consultative and relationship management skills with an emphasis on long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote-first, high-performance environment.
