Role Description

This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, structured training, and a supportive team environment designed to help you grow professionally while making a real impact.

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested information about coverage options
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental benefits
  • Guide clients through the enrollment and policy education process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve performance and share strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organized and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Access to a Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet
